This show was special in its own way, we really enjoyed the company of Prashantbhai and Shailaben. Shailaben, whose a teacher to special young kids at HISD and former geography teacher, really handled the show well. Prashantbhais amazing ability with numbers (he is a CPA!) really helped keep the program on track and on time! And he had an ability to create beautiful, meaningful and funny! poems on the spot and it was relevant to the song or the theme. Very Talented couple and more the reason why they were on our show! Last Show: Special Guest Devikaben Dhruva!
We continued our Garba and Raas program on 1480 AM (our timing have changed to 9am to 11am on 1090AM) from 5PM to 6:30PM! Devikaben really did a great job presenting the songs and handing the show well. She fit right in with the crew and made us all feel honored to be in her presence. Great Gujarati Talent! We hope to bring more people like her on the show to enterain and educate our gujarati folks.

Show was our first Gujarati Program and we were honored to have the President of Gujarati Samaj of Houston Come on the show and back us up! He used our program to convey many messages to the Gujarati community! Response was immediately, infact, a membership drive the next day lead to over 500 registerations! (Now we aren't saying it was all us, but when listeners tell us on fb, we were the only place they learned about GSH, we were naturally proud!)
